We are in need of a Used Car Sales Manager for our busy dealership. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Used Car Sales Manager will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

  • Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
  • Assists salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic goals
  • Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all used vehicle sales employees
  • Maintains vehicle inventory
  • Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings 
  • Attend manager meetings


Requirements

  • 5 years sales manager experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
