We are in need of a Chrysler Service Manager for our busy dealership located in Oconomowoc, WI. Under the direction of the General Manager and Fixed Operations Director, the Chrysler Service Manager will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

  • Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them
  • Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys
  • Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
  • Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations
  • Facilitates and/or conducts technical training
  • Monitors and follows up on parts orders with parts manager
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Chrysler certified
  • High CSI and ESI
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
